You can send an email to our helpdesk address which will automatically create a ticket for one of our technicians to respond to you. This is perfect for logging service requests or non-urgent issues.

Contact guidelines
When contacting us to report an issue, please provide as much detail as possible upfront as this will help us to diagnose the issue and fix it quicker. Things to include:
- What account/system does the issue affect?
- What were you doing when you encountered the issue?
- What should happen if it was working?
- Include screenshots of errors or copy and paste the error text.
- Is anyone else is having the same issue?
When referring to any files or folders, particularly in SharePoint, please provide the full path to the item to help us find it.
If sending in an email for us to investigate, please send it as an attachment instead of forwarding it. This will keep the original headers intact for analysis.
